25个英语写作常见的过渡词，助你拿高分！（上）英文和中文一样，无论是说还是写，都要讲究起承转合，非这样不可以达意。因而，熟练学会一些用来起承转合的词汇，是非常有必要的。语言是活的，也就是说，只有结合上下文，语言才会有意义。因此，学习学会这类起承转合的词汇，需要在实践中进行。在介绍这类词汇的时候，也为大伙提供了例句。因为篇幅有限，我将分两部分解说50个写作常见的过渡词，每一组词汇我暂且只提供一个例句，其实这是远远不够的，尤其是有的多义的词汇，需要自己去查字典或在阅读中揣摩。
词汇中，同义的词我会列举在一块，但两者依旧有差异，使用方法也不尽相同。譬如，but 是个连词，后边跟着的就需要是个分句，而however和nevertheless都是副词，在句子中的地方也愈加灵活。这类，都需要大伙在实践中慢慢领会。
英语写作常见的过渡词

accordingly 相应地·They have broken the rules and will be punished accordingly.
他们既然违规，就要得到相应的惩罚。2
as a result / consequently / thus 结果是
·As a result of the injury, he was out of work for three months.
受伤的结果是他失业三个月。·Many Chinese characters look similar and are consequently misused.
不少汉字很相似，结果是常常被用错。
·The beverage is highly concentrated, and thus you will need to dilute it.这种饮料浓度非常高，因此需要稀释。

I believe 我相信
·I believe that you will succeed.

briefly / in brief 简单地说
·The dish he cooked is, briefly, awful.
他做的这个菜，一言以蔽之：难吃！·I can’t tell you the whole story, but in brief, they have divorced.
我没办法把事情原原本当地对你说，长话短说吧，他们离婚了。

by the same token 出于同样缘由; 由此类推
·If you give up exercise, your muscles shrink and fat increases. By the same token, if you expend more energy you will lose fat.
假如不训练，肌肉就会萎缩，脂肪也会增加。同理，假如消耗更多的能量，则脂肪也会降低。

eventually 终于
·Eventually, your child will leave home to lead her own life as a fully independent adult.你的孩子最后都会离开家，去过她自己完全独立的成生活活。

for example / for instance 比如、譬如·The situation is slowly improving. Last month, for example, the company achieved record sales in Europe.
形势开始慢慢好转。譬如，公司上个月在欧洲的销售量就创了纪录。·Mobile devices are becoming less expensive. Sophisticated smartphones, for instance, can now be purchased for less than $100.

fortunately / luckily 幸好
·The dog, fortunately for me, was tied at the time I approached his house.我非常幸运，来到他房子的时候，那只狗是拴着的。
·The flood contaminated the source of our water supply, but luckily, we have enough bottled water.洪水污染了大家供水的水源，而幸运的是，大家还有不少瓶装水。

frankly / to be frank 坦率地说·Frankly, I don’t care.
说白了，我不在乎。·To be frank with you, Helen, I love Jenny.

from…it follows that 由此得出结论
·From what he’s told me, it follows that he doesn’t want to go to the party.依据他所告诉我的可知，他不想去参加聚会。

from my perspective / from where I stand / in my opinion / in my view / as I see it 我觉得·From my perspective, this looks like a good deal.
我看这笔买卖很好。·From where I stand, it appears that you're going to have to pay a lot of money to get this matter settled.
依我看，这事儿你得多花点儿钱才能摆平。
·The plan is very ambitious and, in my opinion, impractical.这个计划大了些，我看不现实。
·In my view, he will never change.我看啊，他改不了。
·As I see it, he doesn’t have a social life.依我看，他就是个宅男。

·Generally speaking, he’s a good man.总的说来，他还算是个好人。

·Honestly, I don’t think he is trustworthy.
说真的，我感觉他靠不住。
·To tell you the truth, I’m completely bored.告诉你实话吧，我可是烦透了。
