George: Morning! Tom! Haven’t met you for a Long time. How is everything going?

乔治:早上好,汤姆,好久不见啦。所有顺利吗?

Tom: Everything goes well and now I take exercise every day. You see, don’t think I am very strong now?

George: Oh, yeah, you are strong truly. But nowadays, there is usually no problem in people’s physical situation or the physical problem can be discovered and solved easily. What we should do is to pay more attention to mental health. Do you think so?

Tom: Ah, right. I paid no attention to this before, and now after hearing your words, I think there is really something wrong with me mentally. I often feel uneasy without any reason. Do you know what should I do?

汤姆:是呀。我以前都没在乎过。目前听你说了将来,我感觉我可能真的有点问题。我常常无缘无故就感觉慌张。你觉得我该如何解决呢?

George: I don’t know why, it is possibly depression. What are you busy with these days?

Tom: I am preparing for the Civil Service Examination.

George: You must be too anxious about the result. You are worrying about the possible result, right?

Tom: Yes, kind of. I really hope I won’t fail.

George: Just take easy. What you should focus is the process, not the result. If you have prepared very well, the result won’t be too bad.

Tom: I hope so. But I can’t control my state of mind.
