名人诗歌|When The Gaze Of My Eyes Meets Yours

来源:www.ewonz.com 2025-03-17

When the gaze1 of my eyes meets yours,

My heart starts bleeding and my eyes start weeping,

For in it I see an emptiness,

only a reflection2 of me look at you,

When the gaze of my eyes meet yours,

The pains and sorrows of the world I feel,

Like a mother losing a child would,

I feel it when I look at you,

When the gaze of my eyes meets yours,

I let myself go into the memories of the past,

I cloud the reality of my life,

And live that moment as we were before,

When the gaze of my eyes meets yours,

I feel both joy and sorrow,

Both the past and the present,

And yet tomorrow is what I have,

When the gaze of my eyes meets yours,

I see a day in life where youll be mine again,

Where the memories of the past no longer brings pain,

But the joys for the love that forever remained.
