目前完成时用目前时间状语（目前完成时疑问）

I have gotten up this year.

今年到目前我都有起床，下一年我也会会起床.

我了解可能听起来怪怪的，但就是我在想倘若在这种语境状况的存在下，如此理解对吗？

一个 “起床” 的动作，用需要一年去完成吗？

既要用目前完成时，又要用 this year 这个时间状语，意思还要通顺，我给改一下：

我今年获得了巨大的收获。

I have made great achievements this year.

今年到目前我都有起床，下一年我也会会起床。
