请问，不考虑其他原因，假如单从语法上来讲，a), b)都正不正确？
第一种改写是不对的。第二种先说定语从句，改写后使得结构很松散。只有如此语序才是正确的：
I must try to make as logical a survey as I can of this project which I have undertaken.
本句含有比较从句，比较项是作定语的 logical。同样作定语，但语义需要形容词 logaical 在先，定语从句在后。因此比较从句也随之在先。所以地方不可更改换。
