非谓语动词作主语时可用于强调句吗（强调主语）

英语中的强调句式 it is…that… 是一个非常重点的考试知识点，这个句子我也比较熟知：

It is he who stole my watch. 就是他偷了我的手表。

It was you who forced her to leave. 是你强迫她走的。

It was yesterday that he told me. 他是昨天告诉我的。

It is because you’re eating too much. 那是由于你吃得太多了。

但若是非谓语动词（如动名词或不定式）作主语呢？此时也可以强调主语吗？有如此的真实例子吗？谢谢！

比如：

It is painting the house that took us a long time. 油漆房屋花了大家很久。

It’s being overfat that constitutes a health risk. 威胁健康的一个原因是身体过于肥胖。
